Since 1971 the Richlands Area Chamber of Commerce has aimed to develop, encourage, promote and protect the commercial, professional, financial, industrial and general business of the Richlands area and Onslow County; to extend and promote trade and commerce; to promote civic interests and general welfare of the community; to foster, develop, and protect the agricultural and industrial progress of the Richlands area and Onslow County.
